You can return or exchange any new, unopened product (safety seal must be intact) within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to start the process: hello@anaislife.com with subject line: Returns
For refunds, once the return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation and full refund* for the purchase price of the product.
*Note: we regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable. If you paid by credit or debit card, the time it takes for the refund to be reflected on your statement will depend on your financial institution. If you paid by PayPal, you will receive the refund to your PayPal account.
