Detox foods
If you ever feel the need to detox - maybe you just got back from vacation or ate a lot of junk food - whatever it is and you want to reset, just add more greens onto your plate! πΏππ₯¬π₯¦π₯ it's hard to remember every single food for detox:
- broccoli
- kale
- avocado
- leafy greens, etc.
But it's easy to remember what color to add!
